The GeneCount Cube allows users to view, save, and export test results for easier analysis and troubleshooting. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to perform these actions.
Viewing Test Results
There are two ways to view test results:
- Select “View Results”: After completing a test, click this option to see the results.
- Review Previous Tests in the Log: You can also view past test results by selecting “View the Log” from the initial screen.
Both methods will generate the same screen showing the Legionella concentration, water source, and any notes about the test.
Reviewing Previous Results in the Log
The system stores results from every test performed. To examine results of previous tests:
- Select View the Log from the initial screen.
- Choose the test you want to review from the log list.
- You can search for a specific test by typing in the search field.
- The data can be sorted by start time, water source, user, or results by clicking the funnel icon () next to the column titles.
Saving Individual Test Results
You can save individual test results as PDF files. Here’s how:
- From the test results screen, choose the Save PDF option.
- The system will allow you to save the result as a PDF to any available location (e.g., USB drive, or hard drive).
Exporting the Results Log
In addition to saving individual results, you can export all the results or a subset from the log. Follow these steps:
- From the main screen, select View the Log.
- Select the test(s) you want to export by checking the corresponding box next to each test.
- Click Export.
- The system will indicate the number of tests you’ve selected.
- By default, a table of all the results will be exported. You also have the option to:
- Include detailed run information: This exports the raw data for each test. (Note: This option is only available if Data Sharing is turned on in the settings.)
- Include extra diagnostic data: This option exports additional data that may be used for troubleshooting or providing feedback on software performance.
- After selecting the desired options, click Export.
- The system will prompt you to save the exported file to a desired location (e.g., USB drive or hard drive).
