Overview:
If you’ve forgotten the administrator password for the GeneCount Cube Software, you can reset it by uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
Please note that this process will erase all stored data, so back up any important files beforehand.
Steps to Reset Your Password:

Uninstall the Software:
- Go to the Control Panel on your laptop.
- Select Programs and Features (or Add/Remove Programs).
- Locate the Spartan Cube Legionella Software in the list and select Uninstall.

Reinstall the Software:
- Download the Software from this link: GeneCount Cube Software Download.
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
- After installation, restart your laptop to ensure the software loads correctly.

Set Up a New Password:
- Upon reinstallation, log in with the default credentials:
- Username: Admin
- Password: Spartan123
- You will be prompted to set a new password. Make sure to record this new password securely to avoid needing another reset.

Software Won’t Install:

- Make sure you have administrator rights on the laptop.
- If antivirus software is installed, it might be blocking the installation. Temporarily disable it if necessary.

- Restart the laptop and try opening the software again. If it still doesn’t load, navigate to the program files and open the application manually.
