Not sure which lab to use? If your Luminultra contact has told you where to send your samples, follow their instructions. If not, U.S. customers typically use Baltimore, Canadian customers typically use Calgary, and food or beverage testing goes to Fredericton.
Not sure which lab to use? If your LuminUltra contact has told you where to send your samples, follow their instructions. If not, U.S. customers typically use Baltimore, Canadian customers typically use Calgary, and food or beverage testing goes to Fredericton.
Before completing the Chain of Custody or shipping samples, confirm with Luminultra lab your samples should be sent to.
Some services, panels, and testing methods are available through more than one lab. This may include qPCR testing, MIC panels, NGS-related testing, pathogen testing, and some industrial or energy sector services.
Because of this overlap, do not choose a lab based only on the test method, panel name, or Chain of Custody form. The correct lab depends on your account setup, customer location, sample type, project details, and instructions from your Luminultra contact.
Sending samples to the wrong lab or completing the wrong chain of custody may delay testing.
First, Follow Your Luminultra Contact’s Instructions
If your Luminultra account manager or Client Experience contact has told you which lab to use, follow those instructions.
This is the best way to avoid delays, especially for services that may be available at more than one lab.
Do not complete a Chain of Custody or ship samples to a lab unless you are confident it is the correct location for your submission.
