What is UltraCheck?
Ultracheck is an ATP standard that is stable for years if not opened at room temperature. Its concentration is 1 ng/mL (1000 pg/mL).
ATP standard allows users to convert RLU results into ATP concentrations, effectively considering all factors affecting light output/detection from the luciferase assay.
In addition, UltraCheck RLU values provide an immediate measure of enzyme activity and, therefore, indicate the remaining useful life of Luminase.
How do I use UltraCheck?
- Hold the UltraCheck1 bottle vertically.
- Add two drops (100µL) of UltraCheck1 to a 12x55mm test tube.
How do I properly store UltraCheck?
Note: Once UltraCheck 1 is opened, it must be used within three months. After three months, discard and use a new bottle. For handling and storage best practices:
- Do not leave the bottle uncapped for a long period of time
- Do not let the product be subjected to excessive light or heat
