This article explains how users can delete their account and permanently remove their personal information. Account deletion can be completed using the web browser and does not require reinstalling the mobile app.
Step 1: Sign in using a web browser
Go to the Relay platform using a web browser and sign in with your existing credentials:
https://relay.luminultra.com/
Account deletion is completed through the Relay web interface.
Step 2: Open your account settings
Select the menu icon in the top right corner
Under Admin, select My Account
Step 3: Delete your account
Select Delete account at the bottom left of the My Account page
Choose a reason or select Skip
Select Continue to confirm
Your account and associated personal information will be permanently deleted.
Important Information
This process removes your user profile and personal information
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
You do not need to reinstall the Test and Analyze mobile app to complete this process
