Overview
Beginning August 24th, 2026, we are updating the packaging, labelling and instructions for our Bugcount Fuel and dQGOM test kits. These changes are designed to create a more consistent and streamlined experience across our ATP product portfolio.
Your testing processes, equipment and results will remain unchanged.
Bugcount Fuel Updates
Customers may notice the following changes:
- Updated Bugcount branding, colours and labels across the product line
- A new black box for the three-test Bugcount Fuel kit
- Digital, print-friendly test kit instructions
Each kit will include a printed card with a QR code and link to the latest instructions in our ATP Test Kit Instructions library.Existing Bugcount Fuel kits can be used until your inventory is depleted and remain fully compatible with current Bugcount materials.
dQGOM updates
The dQGOM Complete kit will transition to an add-on kit for use with the QGOM Complete kit, now part of the Bugcount Fluids product line. The add-on kit will include the additional components needed to complete the differential testing process.The kit will continue to include a printed card with a QR code and link to digital, print-friendly test kit instructions.Existing dQGOM kits can be used until your inventory is depleted and remain fully compatible with current Bugcount materials.
Why are we making these updates?
These changes are part of our ongoing efforts to simplify our ATP product portfolio and create a more consistent experience for customers.
The updates will:
- Create greater consistency across packaging, labelling and documentation
- Simplify product selection by reducing the number of kit variations
Some kit variations will be discontinued as part of these updates. All testing capabilities will remain available through the recommended alternatives listed below.
